Vila Alpa is situated in a quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 1 km from the old town of Umag (Umag), offers free private parking, a shared roof terrace with jacuzzi is free. The apartment is fully furnished in modern style.
It has two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, cooker with electric burners, living room with sofa bed for two people and a table with chairs, furnished balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, parking and free wifi.

The guests have also a shared use of the roof terrace and deck chairs, parasols, Jacuzzi, parking near the house.
During the stay of the guests I am always available and can be contacted at phone or at home. I will be happy to help you in case of any need.

Near the apartment there is Lorenzo restaurant very affordable and with a wide selection of seafood, appetizers, main courses and desserts.
Just 300 meters there is the station of tourist train that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and back.
In the center you can visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommended a walk along the famous Diga Umag.
For the fitness buff on the boardwalk there is a free outdoor fitness center, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers excellent fish dishes.
Grocery shopping is convenient a few kilometers away at Kaufland or Plodine two supermarkets that are more affordable in the city.
