Cute and cozy studio apartment ideal for two people with balcony with wonderful view of the sea, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Near the port where you can buy fresh fish directly from fishermen. Bright and suitable for relaxing holidays.
Small but functional accomodation, in a quiet place surrounded by greenery on the side of the entrance and a wonderful sea view from the balcony.
Studio with shower, bedroom with kitchenette, table for two, double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, balcony, free parking near the house. A restaurant on the ground floor by the side of the sea where prepare the fresh fish and seafood. An ideal place for those who love nature and relaxation. Pets friendly.
I don't live in the same building. During the stay of the guests I'm always available and you can contact me at my phone. I will be happy to help you in case of any needs.
The location close to the port offers the opportunity to buy fresh fish directly from fishermen. The restaurant below offers specials on fresh fish and seafood.
Is possible to make several trips by boat or bus. The place is' ideal for surfing and other water spot, nearby tennis courts are available for a fee, golf courses, horseback riding, bike rentals, boat rentals and more.

In the afternoon between 14:00 and 17:00 and after 22:00 is requested not to make excessive noise please.
Please use appliances with care. The damage caused will be charged on spot.
No smoking allowed indoors but you can smoke on the terrace.
Pets of small size are allowed provided they are not sleep on the bed (extra 10 € per day per animal).

Savudrija is located near the town of Umag and close to Bassania where there are shops, bank, post office, tourist agency Trevitours where you can book various excursions. Nearby there are various possibilities for recreation: tennis, golf 18 holes, riding, water sports, nightlife, various boat trips or bus.
