Airconditioned apartment with 3 bedrooms, in a great location for holiday or attend the ATP tennis tournament, the beach and several bathing facilities are within walking distance. It 'is very spacious with everything you need to stay in comfort.
Diva apartment for 4-7 people, 128 square meters which is located in Umag - Punta popular tourist area of Umag, 1.5 km from the center of Umag, 200 m from the beach, 300 m from the shop, 100 m to the restaurant. Situated in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis, where for years he held the famous ATP Vegeta Croatia Open.
It is located in a family home on the first floor, near the marina, gas station, village Sol Stella Maris and the miniature tourist train that goes from Katoro to Umag's center.

We live in the house, so it will our pleasure to help and advice you for excursions, great restaurants with typical Istrian food , place/ town to visit... everything you need.

The area is quiet, but there are many services nearby such as bank, post office, cash machine, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, camping, tourist village. The area is surrounded by greenery. There are many varieties of beaches with pebbles, rocky and sandy with some nearby trees to repose in the shade in the early hours' hot summer days.
Near the apartment there is Luna restaurant very affordable and with a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, main courses and desserts.
Just 300 meters there is the station of tourist train that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and back.
In the center you can visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommended a walk along the famous Diga Umag.
For the fitness buff on the boardwalk there is a free outdoor fitness center, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers excellent fish dishes.
Grocery shopping is convenient a few kilometers away at Kaufland or Plodine two supermarkets that are more affordable in the city.
