Spacious first floor apartment with two bedrooms, two connecting double rooms with bath, a single room with a small bathroom, a large bathroom with bath tub, a toilet, a dining room with table and kitchen, terrace with garden furniture, TV Satellite , air conditioning in the hall, access to free wireless internet. From the terrace a beautiful view of the playground. The apartment is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery around, away from the beach only 300 m.
Free swimming pool access, jacuzzi, sun loungers, sunshades, bicycles, free public parking near the house or near the apartment, barbecue, public playground near the house.
We live in the house, so it will our pleasure to help and advice you for excursions, great restaurants with typical Istrian food , place/ town to visit... everything you need.
During the stay of the guests I am always available and can be contacted at the phone or at home.
Is possible to make several trips by boat or bus. The place is' ideal for surfing and other water spot, nearby tennis courts are available for a fee, golf courses, horseback riding, bike rentals, boat rentals and more.

In the afternoon between 14:00 and 17:00 and after 22:00 is requested not to make excessive noise please.
Please use appliances with care. The damage caused will be charged on spot.

The area is quiet, but there are many services nearby such as bank, post office, cash machine, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, camping, tourist village. The area is surrounded by greenery. There are many varieties of beaches with pebbles, rocky and sandy with some nearby trees to repose in the shade in the early hours' hot summer days.
Near the apartment there is Luna restaurant very affordable and with a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, main courses and desserts.
Just 300 meters there is the station of tourist train that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and back.
In the center you can visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommended a walk along the famous Diga Umag.
For the fitness buff on the boardwalk there is a free outdoor fitness center, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers excellent fish dishes.
Grocery shopping is convenient a few kilometers away at Kaufland or Plodine two supermarkets that are more affordable in the city.
Nearby there are various possibilities leisure: tennis courts, golf 18 holes, riding, water sports, nightlife, various boat trips or bus.
